What is the subscription term?
The subscription term is 1 year and entitles you to full access to the features in module(s) for 12 months from your subscription date.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on the number of advisors and support staff using the system. You can choose to pay monthly, quarterly or annually. If choosing quarterly payments, you bill be charged 4x per year. If choosing monthly payments, you bill be charged 12x per year. Regardless of payment frequency, your subscription is a 12-month commitment. Contact us for a quote.
How can I pay?
We accept payment via credit card for monthly and quarterly payments. Annual payments can also be made via ACH.
What if I have multiple advisors that need access to FiduciaryRx™?
We offer team-based pricing. Contact us for a quote.
Can I license modules as a bundle or just on a standalone basis?
Yes! Modules can be licensed separately or bundled together. Mix and match modules based on your needs and the needs of your team.
Can I upgrade my subscription (i.e. add modules) or add users during my subscription term?
Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time. Your subscription fee will be pro-rated for the remainder of your billing period and will renew on your renewal date.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at anytime, but no later than 5 days before your annual renewal date. Please send cancellation requests to email@example.com. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will not be charged upon your next annual renewal date. You will continue to have access to your account until your current subscription term expires.
